This rosé sparkler is made from 90% Chardonnay and 10% Coteaux Champenois Pinot Noir (blended for depth and color and texture). We love Rosé Champagne with or without the excuse of the dinner table. But, pair confidently with a pan-fried veal cutlet, roasted duck breast, or all of Thanksgiving dinner. Treat yourself!
