Enjoy this extra virgin olive oil made from early-pick olives grown and pressed with care in the heart of WA's South West.  The Manzanillo variety is high in healthy anti-oxidants (polyphenols and others).

High in naturally occurring waxes makes it more heat tolerant and therefore an ideal choice for chefs to cook with. A fruity nutty and tropical flavour with a fragrant peppery finish - delicious!
